General rental conditions and payment conditions

 

 

 

General and definitions.

 

These general conditions apply to a temporary lease

between owner and tenant of said holiday homes.

The rent is understood to mean the rent of the house for the rent

period, including linen and bed linen, but excluding final cleaning of 15 €,

tourist tax and the deposit of euro € 100.00.

 

Realization lease agreement.

 

The owner informs the tenant about the rental property, prices and conditions

which are important for the realization of the lease.

The rental agreement comes into being after the owner has made a booking by e-mail

Payment conditions.

 

Within 14 days after the confirmation by the owner, 50%

of the rent, to be paid by the tenant.

The remaining rent and the deposit must be paid in full at least 6 weeks before departure.

When booking less than 6 weeks before departure, the full rent and the

deposit by the tenant within 5 working days after sending the confirmation

Additional costs.

 

Tourist tax € 0.75 per person per day (from 16 years), final cleaning € 15.00

 

Deposit.

 

The deposit will be refunded to the following no later than 15 days after the end of the stay

tenant on the contra account.

 

Obligations of the owner.

 

The owner ensures that the rental object is in good condition

is made available to the tenant and that utilities are connected.

The beds are made on arrival and the linen is ready.

 

Obligations of the tenant.

 

Only by mutual agreement is it possible to bring small pets. Dogs may walk away in consultation with the Resort.

In the house is overnight stay by the maximum number of people indicated,

listed on the application form, allowed.

 

Delivery of the house.

 

Upon arrival, the tenant checks whether the home and inventory are complete and

undamaged. If something is damaged or missing, the tenant must enter it

24 hours after arrival to report to the owner. This will do its utmost

to repair or replace it.

 

Costs related to damage, defects or loss due to the actions of the

the tenant will be withheld from the deposit if possible, unless the tenant can make it plausible that the damage to him, his family members or guests can not be attributed.

 

Changes and cancellations by the tenant.

 

In case of cancellation of the lease by the tenant, the

the next cancellation fee will be charged. If you cancel more than 6 weeks

Cancellation or change by the owner.

 

The owner can cancel the rental agreement in the following cases:

extraordinary weather conditions, fire, death of the owner because of

important circumstances. Under meaningful circumstances is meant

circumstances which are of such a nature that it is impossible to let the home

such as, among other things, theft of inventory, vandalism to the home.

All amounts paid by the tenant for the rental of the property will be

refunded within 2 weeks. The owner is not responsible for

any damage that the tenant suffers as a result of the termination of the agreement.

 

Liability.

 

The owner accepts no liability for:

theft, loss or damage, of whatever nature, during or as a result of a stay

in the rented holiday home.

Disabling or decommissioning of technical equipment in the home,

temporary outages or disturbances in and around the holiday home of water and / or

energy management, road works and / or construction work around the

holiday home.

Not or partially executing the rental agreement in case of force majeure.

This also includes the case that, by the owner, engaged

service provider (s) and / or manager, depending on the owner, remain negligent.

The owner is not liable for damage resulting from the use of it

rental object, inventory included, or accidents in and around the home.

 

Complaints.

 

Despite the efforts of the owner, you may consider that you have one

has justified complaint regarding the temporary leased property

holiday home. To your possible claims on (partial) refund

you must at all times give us the opportunity to make an appropriate

solution to the complaint. An early departure or independent
